Following our Masterclass in August on Understanding Depression and Anxiety, we have decided to put together a follow up session in October.
Part two will focus on learning to stop worry and other useful techniques which will also help to stop stress and distress and help to diminish or prevent depression and anxiety for carers and family members supporting someone living with dementia.

Rhonda Preston-Jones, Clinical Lead at Dementia Auckland has over 30 years of experience working in Mental Health Services. She is passionate about helping people to live their best lives despite a diagnosis of dementia.
This in-depth education session is suitable for carers, family members and health professionals.
